Shipping policy

Delivery Time:

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, as each order is custom-made. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–4 business days via USPS Priority Mail with a signature required.  

Returned or Refused Package:

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or unverified address, or if it is refused or unclaimed by the customer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

We allow one final reshipment after the package is returned. Customers have 14 days from the original delivery date to pay the reshipping fee. After 14 days, the order will be considered forfeited and will no longer be eligible for reshipment, refund, or store credit.

If the customer chooses not to proceed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be forfeited.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If your address includes a unit, apartment, or suite number, make sure it is included to avoid return-to-sender issues. For packages requiring a signature, make arrangements to be available or pick up from your local post office in a timely manner.
